Terms and Conditions
Please be advised that some companies have you sign
a “Terms and Conditions” agreement that only an attorney
can understand which may leave you with no rights in
case of an accident or some unfortunate incident.
At Vegas Adventure Weddings, we do NOT require you to
sign a “Terms and Conditions” agreement. If you are
considering a company which requires a signature, you
may want to request a copy to review prior to booking
your destination wedding.
With Vegas Adventure Weddings, we keep it simple and
provide you with the customer service we are well known
for.

*DVD Video added to a package $75.00
* Photos added to a package must be picked from our
photo package schedule as follows….
*50 photo images on CD with copy rights $100.00
*75 photo images on CD with copy rights $150.00
*100 photo images on CD with copy rights $200.00
*Each additional person in the limousine above package
limit is $25.00 per person
*If the Bride and Groom does not like the weather
conditions at the Valley of Fire we will reschedule if
time allows or the wedding will be held in our chapel
*50% Deposit on all packages, all deposits nonrefundable
*All packages must be paid in full 7 days prior to
wedding
*There are no refunds within 7 days of the wedding
*Valley of Fire permit fee is $25.00 (not included)
* Minister fee included with choice of Religious, Civil,
Renewal of Vows or Commitment Ceremony
*Park entrance fees not included….$1.00 per person and
$6.00 per car.
* Staff gratuities appreciated
* We can arrange extra transportation for additional
guests
